Operations Manager | Recruitment Specialist across Finance and Fintech - International
Are you an organised, proactive professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and supporting complex projects? We’re looking for a Support Coordinator to join our experienced, multi-disciplined team in a key customer-facing role.
Acting as the primary interface between customers and the business, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring requirements are met across technical, commercial, and operational areas. You’ll collaborate across departments to keep projects on track, solve problems, and support our goal of delivering excellence every time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the main point of contact for assigned customer projects, ensuring alignment with business goals around cost, schedule, and quality.
* Develop and propose solutions that meet customer needs and gain internal and external approval.
* Coordinate with internal teams and the supply chain to align resources and materials for successful delivery.
* Maintain clear, consistent communication across customers, departments, and operations to ensure effective project flow.
* Monitor progress, identify risks, and prepare reports to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to grow and improve the partnership.
* Foster a collaborative team environment that supports shared objectives and continuous improvement.
* Perform other reasonable duties as required by management.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience within manufacturing, project support, or a Through Life Support environment is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and confident working both independently and within a team.
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office suite, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence).
* Minimum HND or equivalent in a relevant subject (mechanical, electrical, electronics).
* UK driving license required with flexibility for occasional UK/international travel.
* Willingness to support out-of-hours work when required to meet customer expectations.
