* Provide HR support and manage end-to-end casework for disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management processes.
* Proactively provide advice and guidance to line managers on all HR and people related issues.
* Support employee engagement programmes.
* Develop and prepare HR information and reports.
* Provide managers with Employee Relations advice to allow early intervention and resolution to cases.
* Support change management initiatives and organisational development efforts.
* Support line managers at hearings ensuring HR best practice and HCL HR Policies are followed and all proceedings meet legislative requirements whilst following the ACAS code of practice.
* Coach and develop managers, delivering training and guidance on HR-related topics.
* Partnering with the wider HR team such as recruitment and payroll to work on projects related to wider people strategy.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Manage TUPE transfers.
* We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our fantastic team at HCL, this is a full time, hybrid permanent opportunity. The successful candidate will be able to manage complex employee relation cases independently and have had experience in leading on change management such as Tupe transfers or similar., CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent experience in a similar role.
* Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
* Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
* Ability to understand HR metrics and present data.
* Proficient skills in conflict resolution and negotiation.
