We're recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our complex care team in Chelmsford, Essex working part-time evening shifts. You'll be part of a team providing care and support to a male child who has complex care needs including Epilepsy, his specific care needs include:
1. Enteral Feed
2. Suction
3. Oxygen administration
4. Seizure management
5. Medication Management and administration
6. Personal Care
We are looking for a female carer with previous experience to work part-time evenings Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 4pm-9pm. There may also be an opportunity for overtime covering sickness and holidays or working in other local care packages.
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.
We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
