We are hiring ambitious graduates to join our Manchester office as 360 Executive Search Consultants .
The Role
This is a true 360 position where you will:
* Generate new business from scratch within high-growth markets
* Engage C-suite and senior leaders across life sciences and industrial sectors
* Take detailed executive hiring briefs from innovative enterprises
* Deliver precision-tailored search assignments end-to-end
* Account manage clients to build long-term strategic partnerships
* Build a global network of top 1% talent
