Property Manager / Lettings Negotiator
Location:Nottingham
Hours:Monday Friday, 8.30 am 5:30 pm (some flexibility available). Occasional weekend work required, but only a few weekends per year.

With the upcomingRenters Rights Billbringing new challenges and changes, were looking for someone ready to contribute to our already strong, supportive team and help us continue providing the best possible service to landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities include:
* Liaising with landlords, students, and tenants
* Carrying out inspections, and inventories
* Creating tenancy agreements and preparing all associated paperwork
* Managing tenancy progression, including credit referencing, arranging signings, and handling deposits
* Arranging maintenance and upgrades for tenants and landlords, working closely with our long-serving and trusted maintenance team
* Ensuring compliance with HMO regulations and licensing laws
* Maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
What were looking for:
* Minimum 2 years experience in lettings or a similar skill set position (essential)
* Knowledge of HMO regulations and licensing laws helpful
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* A proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
