We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who has experience of working in primary education. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of and have worked with, pupils who have a range of special needs. Being empathetic and understanding of the behaviours and difficulties these pupils can face will be vital to the role. We need someone who will: Set high expectations. Show a strong commitment to safeguarding children. About the Candidate You will be required to have: Good literacy and numeracy skills to GNVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferably. Hold a TA2 qualification or be working towards. A strong understanding of the needs of children who may face challenges which impact on their learning. A high level of commitment to the school and community.
