Requirements Requirements: Qualification in Early Years Education (Level 3 or above) or equivalent. Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting, with proven leadership or supervisory skills. In-depth understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members. A positive attitude and an ability to inspire and motivate staff. Commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children. Knowledge of safeguarding policies and practices. Good organizational and time management skills.
