Join our Housing Management Group and lead a dynamic Property Services Team dedicated to maintaining and improving our housing stock and related assets. We deliver responsive repairs, void property management, grounds and estate maintenance, drainage works, and estate services, ensuring homes and communities are safe, functional, and welcoming.
As one of a small team of Property Services Team Leaders, you will together provide leadership to a team of 52 staff, driving service excellence and continuous improvement. You'll oversee responsive repairs, void works, drainage, and grounds maintenance, ensuring projects meet specifications, budgets, and deadlines. Your role includes managing budgets, designing projects, and acting as Construction Design and Management (CDM) coordinator. You will also champion customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Bringing significant experience in building maintenance management, project delivery, and team leadership. A degree or ONC/HNC in Building Surveying (or equivalent) is essential, alongside strong financial management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Resilience, motivation, and a commitment to high-quality service are key.
