Job Description
The Corporate Senior Associate will be:* Advising on complex M&A and private equity transactions* Working on IPOs, public takeovers and cross border deals* Managing transactions from inception through to completion* Drafting and negotiating key corporate documentation* Working closely with private equity sponsors, listed companies and UHNW family offices* Building and maintaining strong client relationships* Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
The Successful Applicant
The Corporate Senior Associate should be:* A solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in corporate law* Experienced in M&A and private equity transactions* Comfortable managing complex matters and client relationships* Technically strong with excellent drafting and negotiation skills* Commercially aware with strong attention to detail* Able to work effectively within a high performing collaborative team* Interested in developing their career within a leading regional law firm
