Globe-Trotter is a truly global business trading in more than 80 countries, with significant brand awareness in Japan, Europe and the USA and an increasing footprint in the GCC, China and South-East Asia.
With exciting growth plans we are looking for a Wholesale & Distribution Manager to develop and grow wholesale business globally, with a specific reference to Europe and USA.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sustainable and recurring revenue growth from wholesalers.
Develop the funnel process and framework to deliver regular business revenues throughout the calendar.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and performance.
Execute the global wholesale strategy to meet business objectives.
Structure contracts to create solid sustainable and equitable commercial proposals.
Requirements of the role
Experience of developing strong and sustainable revenues with wholesalers.
You will have knowledge and successful experience of working globally, with a good understanding of managing across diverse, multi-cultural markets.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive, engaging and motivating with others in a consistent manner.
An excellent communicator with a natural ability to execute delivery of sales.
Ability to adapt and embrace change.
The ability to work at a pace, in a structured way, in an ever-changing environment.
Numerical with strong commercial acumen, focusing on business and commercial outcomes.
Excellent leadership and organisational skills, able to manage multiple responsibilities and projects.
Experience of working with luxury brands is preferred.
Location: Based in Hoddesdon. UK and International travel may be required
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
