Job description
Job Purpose:
To provide support for adult students and apprentices with additional needs meeting the Adult Education Budget guidance. To provide line management to the Specialist/Student Support Workers. To work alongside tutors, Specialist/Support Workers and Assessors to provide effective support for all students and Apprentices with an EHCP. To work as a team with other managers to provide an audit trail of support to meet Adult Education Budget requirements. To liaise with key members of the team to inform the development of planning to support students in educational and pastoral activities in order to promote progression into independent learning and further training and educational opportunities.
Salary: Support Scale 6 SCP 23-25 (£26,239 – £27,827 per annum
