3. Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
4. Maintain payroll records and ensure timely reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Handle payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
6. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department on payroll-related matters.
7. Ensure compliance with tax, pension, and employment laws.
8. Provide payroll reports and analysis to senior management as required.
9. Support internal audits and implement improvements in payroll processes.
10. Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
11. Proven experience in payroll management and has experience in managing a small team.
12. Experience in high volume payrolls both fortnightly and monthly
13. Experience in a fast paced business
14. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
15. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
16. Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
17. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
