Head of Finance Transformation | Kent (Hybrid)
12-month Fixed Term Contract or Day Rate (Outside IR35) JANUARY 2026 START
Drive the modernisation of a finance function and shape how finance supports the business.
This is a senior transformation role partnering closely with the CFO, focused on systems, processes, data and insight as opposed to day to day accounting. You’ll enable a smarter, faster, digitally enabled finance function through influence and collaboration.
What you’ll do
Lead and deliver a finance transformation roadmap
Simplify, standardise and automate core finance processes
Strengthen reporting, forecasting and analytics capabilities
Support and enhance FP&A planning and forecasting tools
Act as a bridge between finance, operations and technology
Drive adoption of digital tools, dashboards and workflow automation
What you’ll bring
Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Strong understanding of finance systems, data flows and automation
Hands‑on experience supporting FP&A planning tools and models
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change through collaboration
Commercial, strategic mindset with pragmatic delivery focus
Location
