The Role
We are seeking a Talent Resourcing Executive to collaborate with hiring managers in sourcing and selecting exceptional talent for our operational and head-office vacancies. You will create engaging job advertisements that highlight our employer brand, conduct first-stage interviews, and develop a diverse talent pipeline. Additionally, you will work with external partners to expand our reach, contribute to social media content, support recruitment events, and participate in innovative projects to enhance our recruitment processes.
This position is part of a collaborative team environment and is based at our Commercial Hub in Rugby, Northampton (NN6 7XR).
Talent Resourcing Executive responsibilities include:
* Collaboration with Hiring Managers:Work in partnership with hiring managers across our diverse portfolio to effectively screen, source, and recruit outstanding operational and head-office talent for our open vacancies.
* Engaging Advert Creation:Develop and craft compelling job advertisements that not only highlight the responsibilities and benefits of each role but also effectively communicate our strong employer brand, driving increased awareness of our job opportunities.
* Candidate Sourcing:Utilise various online channels and tools to source potential candidates, ensuring a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.
* Conducting Interviews:Lead first-stage interviews, evaluating candidates against our established company criteria and presenting insightful shortlists to hiring managers, ensuring an efficient and thorough selection process.
* Talent Pipeline Development:Create and maintain a warm bench of talent to facilitate proactive recruitment efforts.
* Collaborating with Third Parties: Work alongside external partners to identify new sources of talent, expanding our reach and opportunities to attract the best candidates.
* Content Creation for social media: Assist in creating content that reflects our Kew Green culture and values, sharing positive stories and recruitment updates across social media platforms to enhance our employer brand.
* Support for Recruitment Events:Help coordinate open days and recruitment research initiatives, engaging with potential candidates and promoting our available opportunities in person.
* Involvement in Recruitment Projects:Get involved in a variety of exciting projects relating to recruitment, contributing ideas and strategies to enhance our recruitment processes.
* Supporting Onboarding:Ensuring that colleagues across the business enjoy a warm welcome both in the lead up to their start date and for the following 3-month period thereafter.
What you’ll bring to the team
To be successful in this role, you must have;
* Previous experience in a recruitment environment (in-house or agency).
* Experience in direct sourcing through various channels like social media and CV databases.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* You will be an effective communicator, with the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders across the business and externally with our suppliers.
* A strong team attitude
* Strong interpersonal skills
