Customer Contact Advisor
Location: Ashington/Durham
Contract: Permanent – Full Time
Hours: 37 per week, Monday – Friday
Salary: £25,023 per annum

About the role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Contact Advisor to join our Contact Teams based at either of our offices in Ashington or Durham.
As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will primarily handle repair requests and occasionally more general enquiries.
Some calls may involve customers facing difficult situations, requiring problem-solving and excellent customer service skills. You must also be proficient in using various IT systems.
