The Role As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle within the renewable energy sector — from business development to candidate placement. You’ll focus on growing relationships across areas like solar, battery storage, grid connection, and energy optimisation, delivering exceptional results to clients across the UK and Europe. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage new and existing client relationships in the renewables space Own the full 360 recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and placing specialist talent Use data-driven tools to identify and engage top candidates Provide market insight and build long-term professional networks Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic business development About You 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment (ideally technical or renewables-focused) Confident in business development and relationship management Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills Motivated, ambitious, and eager to build expertise in the renewables industry What’s on Offer Base salary up to £35,000 uncapped commission Structured progression and training Hybrid working (Chelmsford office) Collaborative, high-performance culture Opportunity to help shape the clean energy workforce of the future * Wisdom Recruitment acting as an employment agency with regard to this vacancy.
