ABOUT THE ROLE Award winning, Daylesford Organic, one of the most famous farm estates and organic producers in the UK, with luxury caf s and farm shops in the Cotswolds are looking for an engaging F&B Team Member to join our team. You'll ideally have worked in a restaurant or caf setting before and come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality. Our luxury cafes feature seasonal farm to fork dishes in a relaxed and warm setting, and as a Caf Team Member you will be an ambassador for the Daylesford brand and offer an engaged service to our cliental. The on target earning potential for this role is 29,801 per annum based on a 40-hour contract - comprising a base salary of 25,750 plus a qualified estimate of 4,051 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE. Paid Weekly! RESPONSIBILITIES Serve food and beverages to customers efficiently and in accordance with hygiene and quality standards Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests Maintain cleanliness of the caf area, including tables, counters, equipment, and food prep areas Handle payments and operate the till, ensuring accurate cash handling and transaction processing Restock supplies and assist with inventory, helping to keep the caf well-organized and fully stocked SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS People with a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service Come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality First-class communication skills Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
