How you’ll make a difference as an Early Years Educator
* Offer exceptional care and education in accordance with the Welsh curriculum, supporting and meeting the unique needs of each child in your care

What an Early Years Educator needs
* At least Level 2 qualified in a UK‑recognised early years qualification
* A strong understanding of the Welsh curriculum
* Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
