About the role
Are you a highly experienced Senior General Foreman looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a Senior General to join a significant defence project in Plymouth, overseeing key construction activities in a complex, secure environment.
What you'll be doing
You will:
1. Lead site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
2. Manage subcontractors and direct labour, driving productivity and maintaining a strong safety culture.
3. Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental guidelines.
4. Work closely with the site and project management teams to deliver key milestones.
Who we're looking for
You will have:
1. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams in a highly regulated environment.
2. Extensive experience in heavy civils or complex infrastructure projects.
3. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.
4. A commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.
