A leading Microsoft Partner, specialising exclusively in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft AI-driven technology. Looking for an experienced Sales Director with expertise in the Microsoft Partner ecosystem to drive new business, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role. You will be responsible for building and managing a strong sales pipeline, engaging senior stakeholders and positioning Microsoft AI, Copilot, and Dynamics 365 solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
* Own and grow new business opportunities across central government
* Own and deliver sales targets within central government and public sector accounts
* Generate new business opportunities across public sector organisations
* Leverage your experience in the Microsoft Partner ecosystem, including co-sell programs, Partner incentives, and solution positioning
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and senior technical stakeholders
* Develop and execute account strategies that align with Microsoft best practices and cloud/AI adoption
* Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure commercial viability and smooth handover
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue, margin, and long-term account growth
Your skills:
* Enterprise sales experience within the Microsoft Partner network
* Demonstrable success selling Microsoft AI, Dynamics 365, and cloud solutions into central government/Public Sector
* Ability to consistently achieve £4–6 million personal targets
* Strong understanding of government procurement, frameworks, and buying processes
* Established network and credibility within Microsoft and public sector stakeholders
* Passion for AI and cloud technologies transforming public services
