A law firm in Warrington is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its expanding Civil Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Solicitor to take ownership of their own claimant caseload while also supporting on complex, high-value matters.
You’ll handle a broad range of clinical negligence files, working within a supportive team with strong exposure to multi-track work.
The Role
* Manage your own claimant clinical negligence caseload
* Advise on liability, causation and quantum
* Draft pleadings, witness statements and court documents
* Instruct counsel and medical experts
* Negotiate settlements and attend mediations
* Support senior colleagues on complex and high-value claims
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (3+ PQE)
* Strong experience in claimant clinical negligence
* Confident handling of litigated matters from start to finish
* Excellent communication, organisation and client-care skills
* Advocacy experience is an advantage
