* Brand strategy & positioning - built from real consumer evidence rather than opinion
* Content & organic social - evolving from output to impact
* PR, partnerships & influencer - making the brand talked about, not just seen
* Creative direction - briefing and steering agencies to deliver standout work
* Brand measurement - linking brand to CAC, LTV, and real commercial outcomes
* Ownership of £multi-million brand budget
* Lead a strong in-house team to ensure brand drives measurable growth.
