Service Reception Manager Required for a Family Run Car Garage in Leatherhead, Surrey
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM. Overtime paid for Saturdays worked on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities of a Service Reception Manager with our client:
Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Managing customer bookings, scheduling vehicle services, and coordinating with the workshop team.
Preparing and reviewing estimates for mechanical work, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
Communicating with customers, providing updates on vehicle progress and explaining services performed.
Handling invoicing, payment processing, and ensuring accurate financial records.
Supporting the Garage Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining high service standards.
