Head of Digital – North West (Hybrid, 1 day per week on site)
We’re working with a fast-growing North West based eCommerce business seeking an experienced Head of Digital to take ownership of their digital strategy and drive continued growth.
The Role
As Head of Digital, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the digital strategy across performance marketing, customer acquisition, and retention. You will lead and develop an in-house paid media team, ensuring campaigns are data-driven, commercially focused, and aligned with wider business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage internal paid media specialists across channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display.
* Define and deliver the overall digital strategy to drive eCommerce performance.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to align digital marketing activity with broader business objectives.
* Analyse performance data, provide insights, and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative approaches to digital growth.
About You
* Proven track record leading in-house paid media teams.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
* Confident communicator with leadership skills and commercial awareness.
* Based in the North West, with flexibility to work from the office one day per week.
