Junior PA (law firm)We have a very exciting opportunity for a Junior PA to join a well-established, global law firm in Manchester City Centre! The hours are 9-5pm, and is fully office based offering between 26-28k a year.This role is perfect for someone who is looking to join a law firm and develop from an administration, team assistant or receptionist role (ideally within property, legal or financial services) into a junior PA role. Within the fast-paced team of real estate, the role you will be responsible for duties such as: -Managing diaries for the fee earners within the team -Becoming an active part in the care of clients -Dealing with client queries and general administration for the team -Arranging for files to be opened and closed and supervise record keeping -Typing correspondence and emails -Assisting in the billing and credit control processA positive attitude, attention to detail and an approachable and enthusiastic manner is key for this role!If you have any specific queries about the role contact Katie on 0121_633_4443.
