We are looking for a driven full time Sales Advisor with a passion for people and technology to join our amazing team at Samsung, Harrods, London!
We offer:

Overall purpose of the role
As a Sales Associate you will be working in a diverse and knowledgeable Experience Team to ensure we deliver exceptional customer service at Samsung Harrods. Reporting into the Management Team, your role will be focused on ensuring that every customer entering the store enjoys a memorable, personalised experience, whilst developing your specialist skills to deliver top-tier product demonstrations.

Key Accountabilities
* Provide exceptional customer service in line with company standards
* To deliver a successful execution across all KPI 19s, these can range from NPS, Commercial Targets and more
* Effectively working alongside team members
* Supporting Samsung projects - Click & Collect
* Supporting with Samsung events and providing detailed, interactive and engaging tours of the Samsung Harrods Space

Personal Specification (knowledge/experience)
* Ideally experienced in luxury or high-end retail
* Passion for technology
* Driven and self-motivated
* Well organised and accountable for all responsibilities
* Experience in sales and/or customer service
* A natural people-person, with exceptional communication and presentation skills, for one-on-one or group interactions
* A true advocate for the brand, able to understand and define every customers specific needs and interests, and encourage them to be excited about the potential the brands products can offer in their lives - embedding a tangible sense of loyalty in every interaction
* An energetic, friendly and outgoing individual who values learning and knowledge
* Professional, and a team player - able to work as part of a diverse and varied team, collaboratively, always seeking to achieve the best possible results against KPIs, together
