Senior People Advisor – 6-12 Month FTC | Cambridge (Hybrid)
We’re proud to be recruiting for a Senior People Advisor to join a respected organisation based in Cambridge on a 6 month fixed-term contract, starting ASAP.
What’s on offer:
* Hybrid working withjust 1 day on-site per week
* The role can be offered on 4 or 5 days (28 or 35 hours)
* A supportive, close-knit HR team

Your role will include:
* Handling cases across sickness absence, grievance, disciplinary, performance, probation & flexible working
* Advising managers on policy and HR best practice
* Coaching employees and managers on well-being issues
* Building strong relationships to guide stakeholders through ER matters
* Creating manager capability to support future people issues
* Analysing ER trends and sharing best practice.
Who we’re looking for:
* CIPD qualified, ideally level 7
* Experienced in a broad range of employee relations cases
* Up to date employment law knowledge
* Experienced in delivering learning content to upskill managers
* Confident, relationship-focused, and solutions-driven
* Values driven person who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
