Days of Work: Monday to Friday
Office and Field Based. You will spend a lot of time out visiting customers and securing new business.
Usual office hours of 9am-5pm, however you will need a degree of flexibility to meet business needs.
Salary: £35'000 upwards dependent on experience.

Your duties as a Business Development Manager
* Identify and develop opportunities within ecommerce and cross border logistics
* Social Media engagement to build awareness
* Using your knowledge with Ecommerce, Courier and Exports
* Sales and reaching out to new opportunity
* Building strong new relationships
* Maintaining current relationships
* Negotiate on terms and conditions with new and existing customers
* Working closely with the GM and support in building case studies, decks and social posts/promotions
* Assist in educating the teams on Ecommerce and Sales
* Attend trade shows and events
* To actively learn about market trends
What we need from you as a Business Development Manager
* 2 + years of experience in business development in Courier / ECommerce and Exports International Sectors
* Great communicator
* Extensive knowledge of selling techniques and experience in long sales cycles
* Responsible for your own work load
* Strong network of prospective ECommerce and Courier customer connections
* Strong experience in selling
* Cold calling and ability to close deals and follow leads
