Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: We require a full, valid UK driving licence with regular access to a vehicle. We are looking for experience with end-user IT support, including computers, networks, software, and devices. We need a working understanding of network devices, routers, switches, and access points. We require knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration. We expect familiarity with Windows Server and Windows Desktop environments. We need comfort using hands-on site tools such as drills, ladders, and cable crimpers. Responsibilities: We visit client sites to install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including network equipment, hardware, and software. We respond to on-site incidents and provide technical support. We schedule and manage site attendances and project work. We support our central helpdesk team with remote end-user support. We complete site documentation, asset audits, and administration. We assist our sales team with site surveys and pre-sales recommendations.
