Contract: Full time, permanent (40 hours per week, term time only)
Salary: £28,350 - £33,600

What you’ll be doing:
* Designing and delivering personalised learning plans tailored to each students strengths and aspirations
* Leading engaging classroom activities including planning, teaching and assessing progress
* Supporting pupils one-to-one or in small groups to enhance learning outcomes
* Monitoring progress against academic and EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) outcomes
* Collaborating with Teaching Assistants to provide holistic support
* Encouraging pupils to develop confidence, independence and essential life skills

* A qualified and experienced teacher with a passion for SEN education

* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, for engaging pupils, colleagues and external stakeholders
* A full UK driving licence - to facilitate off-site learning experiences
