Are you a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to lead on high-impact infrastructure projects? My global client is on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in East Yorkshire.
This is your chance to play a key role in the financial management of complex construction initiatives, working with cutting-edge tools like SAP and Power BI, and collaborating with top-tier stakeholders.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead monthly Auto-WIP and journal returns
* Liaise with clients on compensation events and payment queries
* Drive cost analysis and reporting for Project Boards
* Manage subcontractor processes and commercial registers
* Own the change control process from start to finish
🎯 What You’ll Bring:
* Deep knowledge of the NAECI Agreement
* Experience on major construction projects
* Proficiency in NEC4 Option B Contracts & Standard Method of Measurement
* Basic understanding of P6 programming
* Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
* Full UK working rights
