Overview
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join a growing team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support across multiple communication channels, ensuring customer enquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and ticketing system
* Resolve issues promptly while maintaining excellent customer service standards
* Provide accurate information on products, pricing, promotions, and company policies
* Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
* Assist customers with placing orders through an e-commerce platform
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective and timely resolutions
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role (retail or call centre preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Confident using CRM/ticketing systems and standard office software
