Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining organised stock levels, ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise, and supporting overall store operations. Responsibilities
* Restock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are correctly labelled and displayed according to company standards
* Organise stockroom areas to optimise space utilisation and facilitate easy access
* Assist in visual merchandising efforts using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create attractive displays
* Supervise team members during stock replenishment activities, providing guidance and support as needed
* Manage inventory levels through accurate record-keeping and administrative experience
* Support leadership in implementing promotional displays and seasonal layouts
* Utilise organisational skills to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively during busy periods
* Multilingual communication skills to assist diverse customer needs and coordinate with team members
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience within retail or stock management is desirable
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual presentation tasks
* Multilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication with a diverse customer base
* Strong organisational skills combined with excellent time management capabilities
* Experience in merchandising, inventory control, or administrative roles within retail environments is preferred
* Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, manage multiple priorities, and work efficiently under pressure
