Were looking for a motivated and technically astute Assistant Service Manager to support day-to-day operations in a busy service environment based in Leighton Buzzard. As the Assistant Service Manager, youll be:
1. Acting as second-in-command to the regional leadership, deputising during absences or peak periods.
2. Coordinating and supporting service delivery operations including estimates, invoicing, and scheduling.
3. Guiding a team of engineers and office-based staff, promoting best practice and team development.
4. Assisting with new business development by supporting local sales activity and identifying upsell opportunities.
