We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team based in the heart of Winchester. Competitive pay plus incentives with the intention of promoting a strong candidate into management.
Hours are 09:00-17:30, Monday to Friday. Hourly rate is £12.21.

Job purpose: As our Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, providing crucial support in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across our mailbox, print, and shipping departments.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Customer Service:
* Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, and email, providing friendly and professional service.
* Process mailbox rentals, renewals, and mail forwarding requests.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
* Provide accurate information and quoting in relation to our mailbox, print and shipping services.
* Generate customer invoices
Mailbox Services:
* Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
* Manage mailbox inventory and maintain accurate records.
* Print and Shipping Support:
* Prepare shipping labels and documentation for UK & international shipments.
* Track shipments & resolve inquiries promptly.
* Execute photocopy, printing and finishing services.
Administrative Tasks:
* Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* Maintain accurate records and files.
* Process payments and handle cash transactions.
* Assist with general office organization and cleanliness.
Collection and Delivery:
* Collection and/or delivery of items on occasion.
Who we're looking for:
* A trustworthy, punctual, and reliable individual.
* Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
* Professional telephone manner.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Friendly and professional demeanor.
* Be physically fit and able to lift small-medium sized boxes.
* Experience with shipping software such as FedEx, UPS, Parcelforce is a plus.
* Experience with print software is a plus.
* Valid UK driver's license and right-to-work in the UK.
