Entry-level Recruitment Consultant Plexus is the world’s biggest Web 3, Crypto and Blockchain recruitment company. We are highly ambitious and plan to continue this progression as we always have done; from the ground up. Compensation: £26k base plus uncapped commission. No thresholds on commission- you will earn on everything you bill. Up to a 40% commission bracket. 1st Year OTE £35k-£45k 2nd Year £50k-£80k 3rd Year £80k -£100k The role: Manage the full 360 sales cycle, from Business development to closing deals. Finding Clients: market research, lead generation, outreach, pitching, negotiation, relationship building and understanding key needs. Finding candidates: advert posting, headhunting, interviewing, process management. Develop an expert knowledge of the Web 3, Crypto and Blockchain space. Fast track to management and senior leadership.
