About the role
We are looking to recruit a Primary Teaching Assistant to work in one of our partner schools in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area including Pontypridd, Mountain Ash and Aberdare.
Teaching Assistants play a crucial role in managing pupil behaviour and you will be working with small groups or in one-to-one sessions with individual pupils. The ability to build positive relationships with children is a requirement of the role, and you should be adaptable to the needs of the students to best support them in their educational journey.

Assignment Details
The role is start as soon as possible and will be a potential long-term for the right candidate.
We are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner who is teaching assistant qualified or has a minimum of 12 weeks experience within a classroom environment or working with children in a different setting.
