Technical Recruiter – Graduate Focus (NETbuilder)
Location: Central London
Salary: £35,000 per annum + Commission
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week (Monday to Thursday mandatory office attendance)

Key Responsibilities
You will primarily recruit graduates and early-career professionals from STEM backgrounds with a passion for technology. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Sourcing and attracting candidates using various methods including job boards and LinkedIn
* Attending university career fairs and networking events globally
* Building rapport with candidates and “selling” the opportunity confidently
* Building relationships with academic institutions across the UK, US, and Europe
* Cold calling and proactively engaging new candidates
* Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Maintaining accurate records using our ATS and internal systems
* Serve as a positive and professional ambassador for NETbuilder
Compensation & Commission
* Base Salary: £35,000 per annum
* Commission:
* £100 per hire (first 5 hires)
* £200 per hire (from the 6th hire onwards)
* Additional Bonuses: Based on team and individual performance
Location & Working Hours
* Office Attendance: Mandatory 4 days/week (Monday to Thursday) in our Central London office
* Full-time: 40 hours per week

* Strong interpersonal skills and confident communicator
* Able to take initiative and quickly adapt to new challenges
* Passionate about working in tech recruitment on a global scale
* Must be available to start immediately
* Must have the right to work in the UK and a valid UK passport
