Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Scheme Manager to join a public sector organisation, to support schemes for customers over the age of 55.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Scheme Manager:
* Support designated schemes for customers over the age of 55 to help customers to live as independently as possible
* Carry out daily checks and complete handovers to team members
* Liaise with third party agencies
* Complete support plans and risk assessments
* Ensure safeguarding
Essential Requirements of the Scheme Manager:
* Driving Licence (desirable)
* Enhanced DBS
