Are you a seasoned Workday HCM Consultant ready to make an immediate impact?
We’re working with a leading organisation based in Edinburgh that’s looking for an experienced contractor to join their HR Technology team on a 6-month contract. The business implemented Workday several years ago and is now seeking an expert to help optimise, evolve, and get the most from the platform.
🔍 Your Role Will Involve:
* Leading the review and optimisation of existing Workday processes and reporting structures
* Partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective, scalable Workday HCM solutions
* Working hands-on within Workday Studio and Extend to support and enhance functionality
* Supporting new integrations and configurations across the Workday ecosystem
* Advising on best practices to maximise business value from Workday usage
* Creating and maintaining advanced reports using Workday Report Designer (BIRT) and Calculated Fields
* Assisting with testing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues across HCM modules
* Ensuring robust data governance and Workday security compliance
