Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality teaching tailored to the needs of pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD
* Develop and adapt lesson plans and learning materials to meet individual learning styles and EHCPs.
* Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel supported and valued.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience teaching children with special educational needs
* Strong behaviour management skills
* A genuine passion for supporting pupils with diverse needs
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
