About The Role
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Personal Assistant to support four of the most senior directors within our business. This is a short-term, six-week assignment for a polished, proactive PA who can hit the ground running and provide high-level administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior management.
* Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining discretion and professionalism.
* Provide general PA support as required, anticipating needs and prioritising tasks effectively.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior management or directors.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Polished, professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and discretion.
