I am a young Lady that lives in Carsphairn in the Dumfries and Galloway area. I love all things animals, and I have my very own friendly Labrador at home with me. I am looking to recruit a Personal Assistance that is patient and is sensitive to my needs but also has a good sense of humour to support me to get out and about in the local community. I do struggle with my mobility due to my physical disability and I normally use a manual wheelchair when I am outside my home but if I need to go any distance in it then I would require my personal assistance to push my wheelchair for me.
The hour of work is 8 hours per week possibly over 2 or 3 days, but this can be discussed Due to my rural location, it is required that you have your own vehicle and can be used for work purposes. Mileage and travel can be discussed further at the interview stage. The rate of pay is £12.60 per hour with paid annual leave of 5.6 weeks pro rata. Experience in care would be an advantage but not essential. A suitable PVG is required.
