SDR / Sales Development Rep - Career Development Global Leader. Hybrid
The Opportunity
You’ll be the driving force behind new business growth. Creating, qualifying, and developing high-value opportunities across multiple sectors.
Our client lives and breathes all things digital. They’re a full-service, Prolific North Top 50 Digital Agency boasting awards across several categories and spanning two locations in the UK with our 40-person strong team.
As a founding SDR, you’ll:
 * Work directly with the Founding Partner – no layers, no red tape.
 * Lead targeted outbound campaigns and convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities.
 * Build relationships with senior decision-makers and position a proven, industry-leading solution that genuinely impacts clients.
 * Shape the new business playbook and influence how sales is done from day one.
What They’re Looking For
You’re not a spray-and-pray prospector; you care about quality conversations and understanding the client’s world. You know how to:
 * At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales.
 * Research and find the right people in target accounts.
 * Craft messaging that resonates, not annoys.
 * Build trust, uncover pain points, and open doors to meaningful meetings.
 * If you perform, there’s a clear path to build and lead your own team as growth continues.
