Spencer - Richardson are proud to represent our client in finding their new Digital Transformation Lead in a market leading construction firm.

This new position will be leading the delivery of a number of exciting technical projects - driving the seamless project management of the new customer portal, operators app, hire 365 and the paperless journey.
Working closely with the Director of IT - you will redefine the priorities for the business and use your keen eye for detail to ensure the key initiatives are met.
Key responsibilities:
* Support the IT Director on strategic projects and day-to-day technical delivery.
* Offer valuable insights and input towards the digital transformation. Leverage your previous experience to lead on development projects – ensuring the team and wider business are up to date and on board with the positive changes.
* Data reporting, measuring success of development projects and regular telematics reporting.
* Manage tasks from internal and external customers and prioritise workload.
* Coach and mentor the IT, Development and Data teams.
* Learn the business strategy and support the company values.
* Bring in fresh ideas that will benefit the company and align the customers needs.
To be successful:
* Digitally savvy with an understanding of PowerBI, SQL and Postman and Excel.
* A strong team work ethic, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
* Data pulling, analysing and reporting.
* Previous experience in end to end project management and digitisation.
* You must have the ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines through multi-tasking effectively.
* Analytical thinking skills.
* The ability to work well under pressure.
* Excellent communications skills with fluency in written and verbal English.
In return, a base salary of £65-80k DOE, pension, 50% off gym membership, Christmas shutdown, charity volunteering day, and the opportunity to really make this role your own.
