Prime Life is looking for passionate and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team as Support Workers on a bank basis. We currently have several vacancies and are eager to meet candidates for interviews.
This role is based at Welholme Road Residential Home in Grimsby, a seaside town. The home is designed to cater to 16 residents with complex physical disabilities and mental health conditions, requiring dignified support from our caring team. Candidates must be patient, understanding, and respectful of residents' individual abilities.

Responsibilities:
* Providing respectful and dignified support to residents

* Promoting independence during meals and food preparation
* Collaborating with professionals on individual care plans
What we’re looking for:
A genuine caring nature and a desire to make a difference. Prior experience is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided. Candidates should be patient, understanding, and respectful of residents' individual needs.
