About Bargain Max

As we continue to scale our direct-to-consumer presence across website, TikTok and Amazon, we're looking for a commercially driven Digital Trading Manager to lead performance and unlock the next phase of growth.

The Role
As Digital Trading Manager, you will own the end-to-end trading performance across all D2C channels, ensuring a coordinated, insight-led approach to pricing, promotions, merchandising, and customer experience that drives revenue, margin, and stock efficiency.
You'll act as the bridge between buying, marketing, and e-commerce, aligning activity into a single, high-impact trading plan that maximises commercial return.

Key Responsibilities
Ownership of the trading and marketing calendar across website, TikTok, and Amazon
Lead the trading and merchandising of the website, ensuring compelling product visibility, navigation, and conversion
Set and optimise pricing strategy to maximise margin, contribution, and competitiveness
Plan and execute campaigns, events, and promotional activity in line with seasonal and commercial priorities
Act as the central connector between buying, marketing, and e-commerce teams to deliver coordinated and coherent trading activity
Continuously optimise the online customer experience to increase basket value through cross-sell, upsell, and other trading levers
Partner with buying and marketing to improve stock sell-through rates across all D2C channels, including alignment on promotional activities and CRM campaigns
Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities, risks, and actionable insights
Deliver clear, insight-led trading reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, covering revenue, margin, conversion, traffic, customer acquisition, retention, lifetime value, basket size, channel performance, campaign effectiveness, and return on marketing investment—turning data into actionable plans that drive commercial growth across all D2C channels

About You
Proven success in a digital trading, eCommerce, or online merchandising role within retail or D2C and at least 5 years' experience
Strong commercial instinct with experience driving revenue, margin, and sell-through
Confident owning pricing, promotions, and on-site trading performance
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capability
Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing multiple stakeholders
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment
