DN Colleges Group is seeking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to join its Finance department. This opportunity arises during a period of expansion and growth for the group, offering a chance to develop your career and contribute to the ongoing success of DN College Group.
Successful candidates will be expected to travel between Doncaster College and North Lindsey College (Scunthorpe).
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships to assist budget holders in preparing forecasts and providing key information for budget management.
* Support colleagues with finance-related queries across curriculum areas and support functions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Partner with the business by producing financial reports, negotiating effectively, and analyzing complex information to reach robust conclusions.
* Provide detailed, high-quality financial information to enhance decision-making, support strategic initiatives, and improve financial performance.
The successful candidate will...
* Be enthusiastic, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.
* Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and pay close attention to detail.
* Hold a degree or AAT qualification with strong numerical skills.
* Have an in-depth understanding of financial processes, be proficient in IT (especially Excel), and familiar with finance software.
* Be self-motivated and analytical, capable of meeting deadlines under pressure, and ideally have experience in further education.
