Fire Alarm Engineer covering the Bristol and South Wales region
Salary : £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out routine servicing, testing, and planned preventative maintenance of fire alarm systems
* Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently to minimise system downtime
* Ensure systems comply with relevant safety standards and legal requirements
* Complete service reports, certification, and maintenance records accurately
* Liaise with clients on site, explaining findings and recommending remedial work where necessary
* Support system upgrades, small installations, and commissioning when required
* Follow health & safety procedures and maintain safe working practices at all times
Typical Skills & Requirements
* Experience working with conventional and addressable fire alarm systems
* Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. BS 5839)
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Full UK driving licence typically required
