About The Role

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Supervising the security team, providing exceptional first line manned guarding and customer service to all court users.
* Ensuring compliance with all identified legislation, i.e. H&S, SIA Licensing & Risk Assessments.
* Ensuring that all duties are carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner, including the monitoring of premises, CCTV and search channels.
* Be point of contact for any security issues within the complex, and recording and reporting details of those incidents.
* Duty manager cover on weekends on rotation.
* To manage team rotas and Timegate systems.
The Ideal Candidate Should Meet The Following Criteria
* Must have Right to Work in the UK.
* An enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance will be completed for the successful candidate
* SIA Licence
* Strong people and customer service skills
* Good diligence and high standard of work
* Effective communication skills
